NHE Takes Over Management of Two Spartanburg Apartment Communities

NHE, Inc, one of the premier property management companies in the Southeast, is now in charge of two more communities in Spartanburg.

NHE has recently signed separate agreements to manage the 200-unit Reserve at Hillcrest, 2096 E. Main Street, and 173 apartments at Converse Mill Loft, 4147 E. Main Street, Ext.

Re-Imagine Converse Mill LLC, who owns Converse Mill Lofts, features studio, one, and two-bedroom loft apartments in the historic mill. The Reserve at Hillcrest is owned by Gindi Equities, which also recently purchased the townhome community.
